Welcome to our Guest Book Platters web store! We're excited that you've chosen our hand painted guest book plates for your special event. We take your trust very seriously and are dedicated to giving you the absolute best product and service possible. Please read our store policies on purchasing our signature platters from us. Feel free to call us anytime should you have questions on custom design work, platters or webstore policies.

Payment Options
Due to the personalized nature, all of our platters and accessories are sold prepaid. Therefore, we will begin processing your order/payment as soon as it is received. All sales are final and are not returnable.

Credit Cards: we are authorized to accept VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER for immediate processing.

Money Orders/Cashier's Checks: accepted for immediate processing.

Personal Checks: we are always happy to accept your Personal Check but, please remember to allow at least 10 business days for processing (this includes Rush Orders paid by Personal Check). Due to our Bank's Fees, we must charge a $30.00 bank fee for all bounced checks.


Processing Timeframes
Personalized ceramic platters and signature plates are processed in 12-15 business days (PLUS ship time) from the date we receive your order/payment. Please Note: Processing Timeframes may be affected by payment with a personal check.

TO RUSH PROCESS: Add $25.00 to upgrade your guest book plate order to a processing time of 3-5 business days (PLUS ship time) from the date we receive your order/payment. Please Note: Processing Timeframes will be affected by payment with a personal check.

Returns/Exchanges
All guestbook platters and accessories are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly suggest that you inspect your platter and guest book accessories AS SOON AS you receive them. If you have any damages, you must contact us immediately.

Cancellations
We cannot guarantee to cancel any order(s). We will make every attempt to intercept your order whenever possible, however, you will be charged for any work that has already been completed. In addition, there is a 25% (of order total) cancellation fee for all guestbook platter orders already in production.

Custom Design Orders
Custom Design Orders are orders where we recreate your artwork or design on one of our platters. A lot of times, custom designs are also created by our artist for you, when one of our standard designs does not suit your needs. The fee for custom designs is an additional $25.00. Please note that we cannot reproduce another artist or company's copywritten artwork. To inquire about getting a custom design on a guest book platter, you can email us your design or ideas.
